DEFINITIONS In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: (a) "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, including all exhibits, schedules, and appendices attached hereto; (b) "Player" or "You/Your" means an individual who participates in gaming activities on the Woodbine Casino premises; (c) "Operator" means Woodbine Casino Toronto (Woodbine Entertainment Group), the owner and operator of the Woodbine Casino complex.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS By participating in gaming activities, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS (a) All games offered at Woodbine Casino are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada; (b) The Operator is licensed to operate a casino in Ontario and complies with all relevant laws and regulations; (c) Games will be played fairly, randomly, and in accordance with the published rules for each game.
AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION You must provide proof of age (19 years or older) and identity to participate in gaming activities. The Operator reserves the right to request identification at any time during Your visit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Operator, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Your participation in gaming activities or use of the Woodbine Casino complex.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION (a) These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario; (b) Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in Toronto, Canada.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and the Operator regarding Your participation in gaming activities at Woodbine Casino.
AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATIONS (a) These Terms and Conditions may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties; (b) In interpreting these Terms and Conditions, no term will be interpreted against any party on the basis that it drafted them.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ACCEPTANCE By participating in gaming activities at Woodbine Casino, You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
